it's surprisingly easy to believe that progress comes from finding the perfect programme. a better split. a new supplement. a different exercise. another opinion.

the fitness industry has become incredibly good at convincing people that the answer is always one more purchase away.

in reality, building muscle has looked remarkably similar for decades.

train with intent.

recover properly.

progress gradually.

repeat for longer than feels exciting.

the challenge has never been understanding these principles. the challenge has always been applying them consistently.

that is exactly why FRAME exists.

02

personal training in naas.

people often assume coaching is about motivation. it isn't. it's about removing unnecessary decisions.

whether someone trains with me in Naas or follows the frame method online from somewhere else in Ireland, the goal is exactly the same.

create a system that fits real life.

one that removes guesswork.

one that survives busy weeks.

one that's enjoyable enough to continue long after motivation disappears.

in person sessions are one to one. the full attention is on how you are moving, how you are recovering, and what the programme needs to do next. there is no guessing and no filler. every exercise in your programme is there for a specific reason.

personal training in Kildare through FRAME is suited to all levels. if you have never touched a weight, you will learn to do it properly. if you have trained for years without the results you expected, the programme works backwards from there.

03

why most people never build the physique they want.

not because they aren't trying. because they're constantly starting again.

monday becomes another new programme.

another influencer.

another training split.

another promise.

progress doesn't come from novelty. it comes from removing novelty.

the best physiques are often built by people willing to become bored with the fundamentals. people who ran the same programme for longer than felt comfortable, who kept showing up without reinventing anything.

online coaching across Ireland through FRAME is built around exactly that. consistent structure. regular review. small adjustments over time. nothing dramatic.

04

what actually drives progress.

muscle grows when the body is given a sufficient reason to adapt. that reason is progressive overload. consistently asking more of the body over time. more control. more range. more precision in how each exercise is executed.

the exercises that produce most of the visible results are often simpler than people expect. a well executed press. a proper row. a hinge. a squat. done consistently, with enough volume to progress on, over a long enough period.

body recomposition, building muscle while reducing body fat, is achievable for most people who train with structure and eat in a way that supports the process. it does not require extremes. it requires patience and a realistic relationship with the fundamentals.

nutrition matters the way sleep matters. not because it needs to be perfect, but because neglecting it limits everything else. enough protein. enough food to support training and recovery. not constantly undercutting progress with unnecessary restriction.

none of this is new information. applied consistently, without interruption, over a meaningful period, it produces results that genuinely change how a physique looks.

why frame.

at 6'6", i spent years believing i simply had bad genetics for building muscle. every centimetre of height demanded more muscle before my physique looked balanced. standard programmes weren't built for that problem.

through trial and error, and a lot of wasted time, i slowly realised the issue wasn't effort. it was structure.

the exercises i was doing weren't wrong. the volume wasn't entirely wrong. but nothing was designed around what my physique actually needed. shoulder development. upper chest. the specific proportions that made the difference between looking like someone who trains and looking like someone who has built something.

FRAME grew from that realisation. the method is built around understanding which muscle groups have the most visual impact on a physique, and making sure they are the priority. everything else follows from there.

it isn't complicated. it just requires the willingness to apply it properly, for long enough.
